ZDJG-9050 is an entry-level laser cutter with a CCD camera mounted on the laser head.
This CCD camera laser cutter is specially developed for the automatic recognition and cutting of various textile and leather labels such as woven labels, embroidery patches, badges and so on.
Goldenlaser's patented software has a variety of recognition methods, and it can correct and compensate the graphics to avoid deviations and missed labels, ensuring high-speed and accurate edge-cutting of the full-format labels.
Compared with other CCD camera laser cutters on the market, ZDJG-9050 is more suitable for cutting labels with clear outline and smaller size. Thanks to the real-time contour extraction method, various deformed labels can be corrected and cut, thus avoiding the errors caused by edge sleeving. Moreover, it can be expanded and contracted according to the extracted contour, eliminating the need to repeatedly making templates, greatly simplifying the operation and improving the efficiency.
