As a high-quality traditional service of Goldenlaser, free inspection has been favored by thousands of customers. Our free inspections had to be interrupted in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Now, Goldenlaser will restart the free inspection service activities of “fine service · casting reputation” throughout China, and strive to improve customer satisfaction.
This free inspection activity will provide customers with convenient, comprehensive and professional services. During the activities, Goldenlaser will dispatch a professional after-sales service team to conduct free inspections across the country, conduct after-sales training services and collect information feedback in customer factories, and provide customers with practical and effective guidance and assistance.
Equipment cleaning
1. Check the working conditions of the work surface and guide rails, and carry out fine cleaning.
2. Inspection of chiller and fans and cleaning them with dust and ash removal.
3. For the accompanying extraction system, check for dust accumulation and clean it.
Basic maintenance of equipment
1. Drive system inspection: check the running condition of the guide rails and belts and add the lubricating fluid appropriately to ensure efficient operation of the drive system.
2. Optical component check: checking the focus, reflection and calibration of the laser to ensure the stability of the optical components.
3. Inspection of equipment cables and wires to ensure proper electrical operation of equipment.
4. X and Y axis verticality inspection to ensure the efficient operation of the laser machine.
Free software upgrade
We will upgrade the software of the old laser machines for free.
