Golden Laser IPO application was approved

The Department of Public Offering Supervision of China Securities Regulatory Commission issued notice on the evening of 28th, the 91st IPO Issuance Examination Commission meeting was held on 28th, Dec, 2010, approving Golden Laser IPO application.

It’s reported that Golden Laser is the first domestic enterprise obtained the IPO approval, which is significant step for Golden Laser’s successful listing.
