The whole workflow includes unwinding, Web Guide, lamination, laser cutting, slitting and rewinding.

The material is protected against deviation errors by the Web Guide.

The film on the laminating roller passes down through the press rollers and laminates onto the paper.

Now, we are at the laser cutting station. For demonstration purposes, we only laminate half of the material. Later, we can check the cutting results of the laminated and unlaminated material.

Smooth cut edges of laminated and unlaminated, no yellow edges, no burnt edges. The substrate is very clean without any stains.

The entire laser die cutting machine can be equipped with various functional modules such as UV varnish, QR / bar code reader, slitting and dual rewind to provide you with an intelligent, automated digital label finishing solution.
